Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

  • The promoter is REP Fitness UK, headquartered in Gloucester, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
  • Equipment will only be delivered to mainland UK addresses.
  • Entrants must be members of both the Home Gym U.K. Community(Facebook) and the Official REP Fitness Europe Community(Facebook).
  • Employees of REP Fitness and their immediate families, or anyone connected with the administration of the giveaway, are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

  • To be eligible, entrants must:
  1. Be a member of the Home Gym U.K. Community on Facebook.
  2. Join the Official REP Fitness Europe Community on Facebook.
  3. Follow @repfitnessuk on Instagram.
  4. Sign up to REP Fitness UK email marketing.
  5. Complete any additional entry requirements outlined in the giveaway post (e.g. leaving a comment).
  • No purchase necessary. Internet access required

4. Prize Details

  • Each month (September – December 2025), one winner will receive a REP Fitness prize as specified in the relevant giveaway post.
  • The prize will be REP Fitness equipment, selected and announced monthly.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
  • Equipment may be delivered across multiple shipments depending on stock availability.
  • All deliveries will be fulfilled by 28th February 2026 at the latest (earlier if stock allows).

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will continue until an entrant who has completed all entry requirements is selected.
  • Winners will be announced in the comments section of the giveaway post on the 1st of each month (October, November, December, January).
  • Winners will also be contacted directly via Facebook or Instagram DM.
  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days, REP Fitness reserves the right to re-draw and select an alternative winner.

6. General Conditions

  • REP Fitness UK reserves the right to substitute items of equal value if any chosen equipment is unavailable.
  • REP Fitness UK is not responsible for delays outside its control (e.g. shipping, supply chain, customs).
  • Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with REP Fitness UK’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the administration of these giveaways.
  • By entering, participants agree to REP Fitness UK using their name, social handle, and/or photos of the delivered gym equipment for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  • As a condition of receiving the prize, winners agree to reasonably participate in user-generated content (UGC) for REP Fitness UK (e.g. photos or short videos of the equipment in use).
  • The awarded equipment must not be sold, transferred, or gifted to another person for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
  • REP Fitness UK reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaways if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
  • These giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or any other third party.

7. Legal

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
