What exercises are Short Resistance Bands good for?
Attach them to the barbell and Band Pegs to add a challenge to compound lifts, like the deadlift and bench press. Or use them for accessory work, stretching, and rehab/prehab. What is the difference between the Short Resistance Bands and the Short Loop Bands?
Short Resistance Bands are the 12" version of the standard Pull-Up Bands. They are mainly designed to be used with banded lifts and resistance training, so you don't have to double up the bands to create enough tension. They come in varying widths from 0.25" to 3.25", which correlate to different resistance levels (5lbs to 230lbs).
Short Loop Bands are shorter (9") and all 2" wide. These are designed to help you warm up, strengthen muscles, improve mobility and recovery, and do rehab work. They stretch up to 2.5 times in length and are best for shorter, targeted exercises (not banded barbell lifts).

Do the Short Resistance Bands come in pairs?
Yes, they are sold in pairs but can also be purchased as a full set (one pair of each resistance).
