The FB-4000 is a competition-style bench built to meet IPF height standards, featuring a tripod foot design for lifters who want more foot clearance under the bench. The FB-4000 is sturdy, made from 3x3” 14-gauge steel. It boasts a weight capacity of 700lbs, yet the bench itself weighs only 50lbs. It’s tough but lightweight and easy to move around a home gym, with a steel handle and industrial wheels. It takes up 7SQFT of space.  

The FB-4000 features a 2.5” thick, vinyl pad that’s easy to clean and stands up to heavy use. The pad holds shape under load with just enough give for you to drive your shoulders into it. Standard pad width is 12”, or upgrade to a wider, 14-inch pad for more shoulder support and for larger lifters. Grooved, rubber feet keep the bench in position while you’re lifting, while protecting the floors. This is the lighter and more economical option for a flat, competition-style bench.
