OVERVIEW
Remove the need to walk out your squat from the rack and start from a stable position with REP’s Monolift Attachment. It also allows you to bench press without a liftoff. This heavy-duty, versatile, easy-to-use attachment is compatible with 4000 and 5000 Series racks. Quickly attach the monolift to the rack uprights like a J-cup and lock it in place with clevis pins. Heavy handles work as a counterweight to quickly and neatly swing the arms out of the way, so they won’t distract you. The handles are also extra-long to allow for easier adjustments, and the slanted angle of the cup makes it seamless to re-rack the bar.
The attachment is made from thick steel, with a weight capacity of 1,500lbs. A plastic lining protects your bar and rack. The top of the lever arms is thicker than a traditional monolift, so you can use the handle for other exercises, like hip thrusts. It’s compatible with specialty barbells, too. This attachment features high-end detailing, like a laser-cut Colorado mountain range and a stainless-steel REP nameplate. Attachments are sold in pairs and weigh 70lbs together.
