If you're looking for gym flooring that is cost-effective and easy to install, rubber tile flooring is the way to go! If you're trying to decide between floor mats and rubber tile flooring, here is what you need to know! Rubber tiles have interlocking edges that allow for a more seamless finish. Typically, no matter how close the floor mats are to one another, the seam will be visible, but with rubber tiles, you won't have that issue!
Another factor to consider is the location of your home gym. If you are installing flooring in your basement or downstairs, the rubber tiles will be easy to install because they are light-weight and small, whereas floor mats weigh about 100lbs each and are 4'x6'. Our Rubber Tile Flooring is sold in Sets of 4.
