Why would I want a standard pad instead of a wide pad?
A wide pad is ideal for larger lifters and people who want more shoulder support, and it can simulate a floor press. Smaller lifters may find a wide pad limits their full range of motion during lifts like bench press, so they might benefit more from a standard pad.

Can this pad fit my non-REP bench?
Due to machining variables, we cannot guarantee compatibility with non-REP products.

Is hardware included?
No, replacement pads do not come with hardware. These bench pads are meant to replace your current pad, so you can use the hardware on your current bench to mount the new pad.

What is the best way to clean the bench pads?
A mild dish detergent and water are the best cleaning agents for poly-vinyl pads. With a sponge or clean cloth and soapy water, wipe off the vinyl to remove dirt, sweat, etc. The CleanGrip® material is so grippy, it’ll hold onto and shred a paper towel, so use a rag instead.
